Q) Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes, we charge a flat fee of ₹30 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

Q) What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Please double-check if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that you had good internet connection during the process.
  • If your account has been debited despite a payment failure, it is usually refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. You can also email us at theberlinbae@gmail.com or call us at 8999443638 for any further issues.

Q) Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Sorry, but it isn't possible right now because the system would have already passed your phone number and address to our warehouse for further processing your order. But, you have the option to cancel your order before it is packed and place a new one. There is no cancellation fees charged.

Q) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are normally delivered in 1-4 business days in metro areas and 4-7 business days in rest of the country once sent. Depending on the shipping address and other circumstances, delivery times may vary (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Q) Are there any additional shipping charges?

We provide FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1399 in India. A shipping charge of ₹50 is payable only on orders below ₹1399.

Q) How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an SMS will be sent with a link to track your order.

Q) What if my order is undelivered?

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and return it to us for prepaid orders, we will begin a refund to your bank account, which will appear within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Q) In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?

No. These are non-refundable costs that apply each time an order is placed. We will only refund the product cost in case of payments through COD/Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking by NEFT to customer's bank account.

Q) My product has been picked up for return but I have not got my refund yet.

If it has been 24-48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund isn't reflecting in your bank account, please email us at theberlinbae@gmail.com

Q) I have created a exchange request. When will the product be picked up?

Within two business days of receiving this request, a member of our courier partner's team will arrive at the address for pickup. For the product(s) to be approved, please make sure the product(s) and tags are both intact.

Q) When will I get my exchanged product delivered?

After the returned product has been picked up from your end, your exchange product will be delivered from our warehouse. Orders are normally delivered in 1-4 business days in metro areas and 4-7 business days in rest of the country once they have been shipped. Depending on the shipping address and other circumstances, delivery times may vary (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Q) I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?

Within two business days of receiving this request, a member of the courier partner's team will come at the address for a pickup. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted.

Q) Where should I self-ship the returns?

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier your product(s) to the following address:

Q) Do I incur any extra charges when exchange request of my order is placed?

Yes we charge a nominal fee of Rs 100 as these are reverse shipping charges applicable.
